Our experienced team headed by partners George McKenzie and Julia Dnistrianski, supported by a strong team of lawyers and Special Counsel, provides expert legal advice concerning joint ventures and acquisitions, foreign investment, due diligence, commercial transactions and native title.

• Acting for IMX Resources NL in relation to all aspects of their Mt Woods/Cairns Hill prospect including drafting and negotiating an access road construction agreement; a mine product haulage contract; a rail haulage agreement; a mining services agreement and a landowner agreement.

• Advising on numerous transactions involving the acquisition of interests in resources (including uranium) projects by foreign government controlled entities and/or foreign private corporations from China, India and Japan.

• Advising a major energy company on regulatory issues, joint operating agreements, farm-in and farm- out agreements and gas and crude oil sale and transportation agreements.
